Infrared Heat Loss Scan
Our Infrared Heat loss scan can locate areas of missing insulation, condition where insulation exists but is not performing and numerous circumstances where heat loss can occur. A scan can reveal the hidden dynamics and interactions between the building envelop, heating system and other building systems.
Blower Door Air Leakage Test
A Blower Door is used as a diagnostic tool to measure the airtightness of a building and to locate air leaks. A pre- and post blower door test will confirm the effectivness of insulation and air sealing improvments. This will in turn reduce draft and air leakage and reduce the energy cost of the building.

Blower door depressurization of the building to locate air leaks at doors, windows, plumbing and electric installations. Used in combination with the infrared camera, the system provides valuable information about building performance.
